China Education Association, HKUSU, is a registered charitable organization established in 1995. We aim at improving the educational situation and development in the impoverished areas in rural China. As a student organization, university students volunteer to work as the executive committee members. Every year, we raise funds for the underprivileged students in China and organize expedition trips to conduct voluntary teaching and home visits in rural areas of China, and at the same time ensure the proper use of our funds.
Today, we have raised over millions of dollars and subsidized the school fees of nearly 800 students. Holding the spirit of ‘Life Enlightens life’, we will continue to arouse public awareness of the educational situation in rural regions in China, so as to give the students love and care.
